Why drum?

It draws out the very innate groove within each person and it is an instrument slowly being used by the health industry as a form of treatment as they begin to discover its usefulness when conducted as a form of therapy especially for elder folks.

  We believe one of the most precious thing on earth is Relationship – especially kinship, friendships and even human heart to heart fellowship. Huios Rhythm is a vibrant & energetic company which creates togetherness in people. We believe that the essence of rhythm is found in all of us! We have chosen the DRUM as an instrumental tool where everyone can play and find new meaning to relationships and connection.

Why we do what we do

  Our aim is to bring joy, togetherness, energy and positive vibe through facilitated drumming. We love to think that your anger, sorrows, hurts will be drum away with the support of a joy spirited loving drum facilitator. Drumming is not magical but it gives you that ‘’feel good” energy and at the same time engages your mind in rhythm while helping you form a connection with the group.

So far

  We have introduce this wave of drumming into the different areas in Singapore. Our clients include the Girls home, Alzhemer’s Association, Diabetic Association, Church groups, Special Schools, Elderly Homes and Early Childhood Settings. Did you know?

  The name HUIOS (uiÔo/v) is pronounced as (Hwee-Os). It is derived from the Greek word meaning “son-ship”, the relationship between a father and a son.
